Financial Transparency & For‑Profit Disclosure

The Good Sheep operates as a for‑profit business. Purchases made through our brand are not tax‑deductible donations, and buying our products does not constitute a charitable contribution under U.S. law. When we use the word “giving,” we are referring to voluntary allocations we choose to make from business revenue, not legally defined charitable donations.

Revenue generated through clothing, art, music, and content is first used to sustain the business itself. This includes, but is not limited to, production costs, marketing, payroll, logistics, creative development, and operational expenses. We believe maintaining a healthy business is necessary to continue any outreach at all.

After operating expenses, a portion of profits may be allocated at our discretion to support ministries, outreach efforts, community projects, artists, and mission‑related initiatives. These allocations may vary over time depending on revenue, needs, opportunities, and sustainability of the business.

We may support ministries, churches, individuals, or organizations that do not fully align with every doctrinal position we hold. Financial support does not imply full theological endorsement. When appropriate, we also share teaching and resources that reflect our own understanding of Scripture.

We do not guarantee that funds from any specific purchase will be directed to a specific ministry or project. All allocations are determined internally and are subject to change.

Our commitment is honesty, not perfection. Unlike companies that use vague claims or misleading language, we aim to be transparent: sometimes money must be reinvested into the business to keep the operation functioning. We believe helping others requires first keeping the “capital machine” alive.

We encourage responsible giving. If you are struggling financially, we do not expect or pressure you to buy or support our work. If you have been blessed with abundance and choose to participate, we see that as an opportunity to steward resources toward something that creates value beyond the transaction.

At The Good Sheep, commerce and conviction operate together. We create, we sell, we reinvest, and when possible, we give. Our aim is to glorify Jesus Christ through integrity, creativity, and action—without pretending to be something we are not.
