Shipping & Order Timing — What To Expect

We want to be clear and upfront about shipping, so there’s no confusion.

When you place an order, you might not receive a tracking number right away. Sometimes it can take a few days. That’s because we work with a third-party manufacturer, and every design has to be reviewed and approved after your purchase before it goes into production.

Once the design is approved, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. A few days after that, the item you ordered will be on its way to you.

We appreciate your patience during this process. Everything we sell is made intentionally, not mass-produced and sitting on shelves.

Because funds are used immediately to support the mission and keep the store operating, we do have a no-return policy.

That said, if something is genuinely wrong with your order—wrong item, major issue, or a serious problem—we won’t ignore you. You can email us at thegoodshep.org@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it. Just make sure you keep your order number.
